Nancy G. Maddocks, CICAgency PrincipalNancy Maddocks has been active in the insurance business for more than 20 years. With a long, comprehensive background in agency management, property and casualty marketing, customer service and administration, Nancy served several California agencies before joining the other principals to form Marrs Maddocks & Associates in 1991. She serves as the quality control/customer service liaison within the agency for our most prestigious clients. She is a graduate of California State University, Chico and holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She is a former board member of the Professional Insurance Agents of San Diego, a current member of Professional Women in Insurance, a graduate of the Claremont/McKenna Agency Management Conference, a candidate for the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, and has taken numerous courses in customer service, property and casualty coverage analysis, and agency management. She has extensive experience in dealing with large, multi-national and complex insurance customers and coverage issues. |
